I'm new here and I was wondering if there were any good excuses to not eat? My mom has been watching really closely lately and I need help. Thanks:)

1) say u already ate with friends, then apologize for spoiling ur appetite
2) if u are forced to eat, eat the healthy stuff first
3) buy healthy snacks, so when u see ur mom in the kitchen, grab it and eat a little of it so she thinks u snack all the time
